| INSURANCE Tenant shall provide the Stiefel with a certificate of insurance showing that such tenant has in force the following insurance: For Commercial User: Combine Single Limit of $1,000,000 each occurrence, or For Non-Commercial User: Combine Single Limit of $500,000 each occurrence. (Commercial applies to any business including non-profit. Non-Commercial applies to individuals only.) |
