Salina Symphony Presents Rach & Rhapsody

Passion and virtuosity take center stage as Afro-Cuban jazz sensation Nachito Herrerare turns to Salina with his signature flair. Michael Schachter’s Being and Becoming, written for the centennial of Rhapsody in Blue, bridges classical elegance and jazz rhythms. On the second half, Rachmaninoff’s soul-stirring Piano Concerto No. 2 will come to life through Herrera’s electrifying performance, an unforgettable showcase of power and brilliance.

CHILD TICKET POLICY

• Salina Symphony concerts are appropriate for children ages 5+ who are able to sit quietly through the performance.
• Children ages 3+ are welcome to attend Family Concerts (such as the annual holiday production and other special family shows) and Youth Symphony Concerts.
• All patrons, including children, must have a ticket to enter the theatre.
• Student/child tickets must be purchased through the Stiefel Theatre Box Office.
